Lead trauma-informed child and youth care across Botwood with strong coaching and relationship-building skills. This primarily home-based work supports teams directly. As Regional Manager with Blue Sky | Child & Youth Care, you will lead and support unionized Child and Youth Care Workers. The role uses CARE principles, reflective supervision, and collaborative leadership to strengthen individualized care. You will help maintain effective operations across assigned homes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support unionized CYCW teams Mentor staff through CARE and trauma-informed practices Ensure effective 24/7 operations across assigned homes Implement individualized care plans with program teams Maintain documentation, inspections, and quality assurance accountability

Requirements:
At least two years leading or supervising care teams Strong people leadership and performance management experience Relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills Trauma-informed and developmentally focused approach Valid driver’s license and screening eligibility Bring reflective leadership, trauma-informed practice, and solid relationships to Blue Sky’s child and youth care teams.
