Use product knowledge and customer service skills as an Automotive Sales Consultant at Brock Ford Sales in Ontario. This is a full time permanent position.
You will develop customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, present vehicles, and guide purchasing decisions. The position emphasizes prospecting, follow-up, relationship management, and dealership marketing initiatives. Success requires initiative, accountability, a positive attitude, and commitment to sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers professionally and identify their purchasing requirements
Maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Record interactions and opportunities in the approved CRM system
Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations,
and arrange test drives
Promote inventory, events, and offers through approved channels
Requirements: Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record
Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills
Sound computer, digital, and social experience
Excellent listening and communication skills
OMVIC Certification preferred, but not required
