Administrative processes must remain compliant with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Provide employee mentoring, coaching, and knowledge support




Address and resolve conflict management concerns
Act quickly toward suitable solutions for department failures
Requirements: College degree
Two years supervisory experience in a related industry
Clear, concise, timely communication and empathetic listening
Robust organizational, planning, and analytical skills
Ability to complete training and maintain dangerous-goods certification
Use coaching, delegation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills to supervise Cargo Handler operations for FedEx Express.
