Key Responsibilities: Enhance resident well-being, autonomy, and community participation
Evaluate programs designed to increase resident involvement
Lead welcome programs supporting recent residents’ integration
Develop community event schedules and resident newsletters
Oversee volunteers, student internships, vendors, and contractors
Requirements: Degree or diploma related to aging and wellness
At least one year developing programs for seniors
Minimum one year in management or supervision
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Proficiency with Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual technologies
