FirstService Residential is seeking a Service Manager to lead Front Desk, Housekeeping and Superintendent associates across condominium properties. The work centers on associate support, staffing coverage, inspections, client communication and operational readiness. You will partner with Property Managers and internal teams to address service challenges and follow through on solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach and support assigned service associates
Coordinate scheduling, coverage and cross-training requirements
Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and retention
Monitor service quality,



compliance and established procedures
Respond to incidents, document concerns and escalate appropriately
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant leadership experience
Experience supervising employees in service-oriented environments
Ability to coach teams and navigate challenging conversations
Organization, initiative, judgment and dependable follow-through
Willingness to learn scheduling, payroll and quality systems
Use team leadership, staffing coordination and quality assurance expertise to support consistent condominium services throughout Durham Region.
