Recovery Alberta seeks an experienced Social Worker II for Addiction & Mental Health Supported Living. You will work within an interdisciplinary team serving clients in transitional and long-term housing. The position includes generalist social work and collaboration across the healthcare system, requiring knowledge of community supports and the AMH service continuum.
Key Responsibilities: Complete psychosocial assessments for patients and families
Develop treatment plans and coordinate overall client care
Provide counselling and individual, group, and family treatment




Deliver case management and transition or discharge planning
Liaise with healthcare teams and community partners
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Active or eligible Alberta College of Social Workers registration
Current CPR BLS Level C and NCI certification
Driver's license, vehicle, and appropriate business insurance
Three to five years' community mental health experience preferred
