Were looking for someone who understands that children thrive when they feel heard, respected, encouraged, and loved!
Our ideal babysitter is patient, gentle, attentive, and able to respond thoughtfully to a childs changing needs. We value someone who can help create a calm atmosphere, encourage positive behavior, and make time for play and learning.
Reliability and safety are essential, as is the ability to communicate openly with parents. We would love a caregiver who takes the time to understand our childs personality and routines. If you believe kindness and consistency make a real difference in childcare, we would love to hear from you.
