Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Overseeing all hardware purchasing and receiving processes, proficiently using Bis Track software.
Providing excellent customer assistance and efficiently processing sales transactions.
Leading, supervising, and mentoring the Service Desk team.
Ensuring all team members are consistently updated on company flyers, current product information, and store procedures.
Managing daily store opening and or closing operations.
