Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Intern to join our team for a project starting from 15th June to 15th July . This role is essential in supporting our bakery operations, ensuring that our products are prepared and presented to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to food safety, along with excellent customer service skills.

Duties
Assist in the preparation of various baked goods, including cakes, brownies, cookies and other baked delights.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle food products safely, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Qualifications
Previous experience in the food industry or a baking environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Basic baking skills and knowledge of baking techniques.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
