Operate excavators and dozers on Ledcor’s Fort McMurray road building and reclamation project. Bring safety focus and quality equipment operation to demanding earthmoving work. Ledcor seeks experienced Equipment Operators for road building and reclamation work in Alberta. You will operate 20–80 ton excavators, D6–D10 dozers, and other equipment as required. Responsibilities include excavation, grading, loading, material handling, earthmoving, dump setup, inspections, hazard assessments, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Operate excavators, dozers, graders, water trucks, and rollers Perform excavation, grading, loading, and earthmoving activities Set up dumps for optimal cycle times Complete pre-trip inspections and hazard assessments Follow Ledcor and project safety requirements

Requirements:
At least three years operating dozers and excavators Road building, reclamation, or mining experience preferred Availability for day and night shifts Valid driver’s license and Ground Disturbance Level 2 CSTS 09, CSO, or BSO certification Use heavy equipment, safety procedures, and earthmoving expertise to support Ledcor’s Fort McMurray project on a fourteen-on, seven-off schedule.
