We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Administrator to support our accounting team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. for Raw Materials, Additives, and Supplies: by matching the purchase order to the packing slip and ensuring it corresponds to the vendor invoice. Enter the purchase into the accounting system accurately and ensuring the correct ledger account is captured. Maintain accurate digital records of purchase invoices/packing slip/purchase order. Trucking,



Freight, and Customs Invoices: Validate and post trucking, freight and customs invoices to proper ledger accounts. Maintain accurate digital records of trucking, freight, and customs invoices. Utilities/Taxes: Post utility and property tax invoices accurately and in a timely manner to ensure transactions are captured in the appropriate accounts. Maintain accurate digital records of utility and taxes invoices. Supporting documentation includes Purchase Orders, Billing of Lading, and Packing Slips. Support the accounting department with other duties as assigned. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities, such as recording transactions.
