SoftwareReviews is seeking a creative, driven, and organized individual to join the Data Operations team as an Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will build relationships with the software user community, engaging end-users to gather reviews. You will contribute to improving the quality and quantity of data across our platform, benefiting both software vendors and end-user communities. Lead end-to-end data collection campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and other online platforms. Collaborate with clients and internal teams such as Sales and Data Operations to understand priorities and align on campaign objectives. Research and identify high-quality software user audiences while exploring recent methods for generating reviews. Handle user inquiries related to review submissions, rewards claims, and other support needs. Participate in special projects within the Data Operations team. At least 1 year of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability with internal technologies and systems.



Ability to manage diverse and complex campaigns effectively while adapting to shifting priorities. Persistence and Resilience: Tenacity in campaign management, with the ability to navigate and overcome challenges. Meticulous focus on data quality and accuracy across complex campaigns. Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize and distill large volumes of data to identify trends and optimize strategies. Eagerness to learn, innovate, and develop new solutions for data collection and marketing efforts.
