The Designated Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. You will communicate with personal clients about events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, and birthdays. You will also support assigned-brand targets, resolve service issues, and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
Key Responsibilities: Acquire, develop, and retain personal clients
Communicate with clients by phone, mail, and electronic methods
Resolve customer service issues within established guidelines




Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
Attend product knowledge and vendor education sessions
Requirements: High school diploma
Minimum two years of commission-based sales experience
Proven success exceeding sales targets
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, competitive, and self-motivated approach
Versatile availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Bring clienteling, bilingual communication, and beauty sales experience to strengthen customer loyalty and assigned-brand performance.
