Bring the K&K; Curriculum to life through creative lesson plans, progress tracking, and communication with swimmers and their families.
K&K; Swim School offers regular and substitute instructor schedules for teaching swimmers of all ages. The work includes private and group lessons, collaboration with fellow instructors, and independent teaching. Previous swim instruction experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities: Teach swimmers across private and group environments
Develop creative plans around swimmer goals
Monitor progress throughout each swimmer journey
Discuss progress with swimmers and families
Work independently and with fellow instructors
Requirements: Passion for sharing swimming with learners
Required First Aid and CPR certification
Ability to swim three strokes for 25 metres
Versatile, reliable approach to scheduled shifts
Preferred LSI, WSI, or NL certifications
Use curriculum knowledge, dependable communication, and adaptable teaching skills to support swimmers through their K&K; journey.
