This Road Transport Team Dispatch Coordinator supports port drayage planning across Westbound MLB and Eastbound operations. You will generate ISM reports, review Last Free Day information, and prepare rail storage and terminal demurrage reports. The full time schedule covers 37.5 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and analyze daily ISM reports
Review Last Free Day reports and follow up proactively
Prepare rail storage and terminal demurrage reports
Compile weekly ingate volumes and performance metrics
Monitor carrier allocation against established volume targets
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination
One to three years in intermodal or supply chain operations preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bring logistics reporting, carrier allocation, and Excel capabilities to COSCO SHIPPING's container operations team in Toronto.
