Key Responsibilities: Understand staffing needs with hiring managers
Recommend recruitment strategies and interview techniques
Manage postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
Conduct market mapping and direct candidate outreach
Represent Kenny U-Pull at recruitment events
Requirements: One year managing the full recruitment cycle
Ability to source talent in competitive markets
Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities
Ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders
Fluency in French and English; valid driver's license
