The Project Accounting & PSA Analyst configures client contracts and SOWs within the PSA system. You will support billing, revenue recognition, project profitability, and financial reporting. The role requires project-based accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and collaboration across Finance and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Review contracts, SOWs, and change orders for financial setup
Configure billing structures, rates, milestones, and revenue recognition
Support monthly revenue recognition and project accounting activities
Review WIP, deferred revenue,



and unbilled revenue balances
Reconcile PSA data with SAP and resolve discrepancies
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Three to six years of relevant accounting or analysis experience
Understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
Experience with PSA, ERP, or project accounting systems
Advanced Excel and solid problem-solving abilities
