Deliver packages safely and efficiently as a Seasonal Courier with FedEx, working in person on assigned routes and supporting customer service. Saturday and Sunday work is mandatory, plus two weekdays to be determined.
This temporary position lasts up to 12 weeks, based on business and operational needs. You will pick up and deliver packages, inspect shipments, operate dispatch systems, and answer questions about FedEx services. No experience is required, while one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver and pick up packages safely on assigned routes
Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, and service conformance
Load vans, plan routes, and secure property
Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems accurately
Answer customer questions about FedEx services and requirements
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
No previous experience required
One year of customer service preferred
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Availability for mandatory weekend and weekday shifts
Bring protected driving, accurate package handling, and customer service skills to FedEx as a temporary Seasonal Courier.
