Support industrial production at Johns Manville’s Innisfail Plant through equipment clean outs, maintenance tasks, and accurate SAP inventory work. Safety remains central throughout daily duties.
This Production Utility position supports the facility’s protected, efficient, and clean operation. You will perform varied duties within the Utility Group, collaborate with employees from different departments, and follow established procedures. The work includes melter rebuilds, machine clean outs, scheduled preventive maintenance, and spinner inventory using SAP. The position may assist with other maintenance functions and offers introductory batch plant training. That training includes rail safety and operation of a rail car mover. The successful applicant must take ownership, complete quality work promptly, and require minimal supervision while following Utility Coordinator instructions.
Key Responsibilities:



Maintain clean and efficient facility operating conditions
Perform machine clean outs and melter rebuilds
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Record and maintain spinner inventory through SAP
Relieve other positions as required
Requirements: Ongoing commitment to working safely
Ability to maintain accurate equipment and parts inventory records
Strong organizational skills and mechanical aptitude
High-quality, timely performance with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate and work well with others
