This Inside Sales Representative I position manages responses to customer orders and quotation requests across account levels. You will provide product information, enter orders, and support outside salespersons with timely follow-up. The work includes customer service, pricing, estimating, and proposal duties.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer order and quotation requests
Provide product information and timely customer assistance
Consult pricing resources to determine appropriate prices
Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties
Support outside salespersons with order follow-up
Requirements: Sales experience ranging from one to five years
Experience with inventory sales preferred
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Specialized skills training or certification may be required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Bring product knowledge, quotation support, pricing, and customer service skills to White Cap's inside sales process.
