Key Responsibilities: Provide community visits in clients' homes or virtually
Assess abilities, needs, impairments, and diagnoses using standardized tools
Conduct speaking and swallowing assessments for varied concerns
Design evidence based care plans and service goals
Maintain qualified records under policies and regulatory standards
Requirements: Ontario College registration in good standing
New graduates accepted if licensed
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clear VSS
