This Purchaser and Supply Chain Coordinator supports supplier pricing, payment terms, rebates, cooperative advertising funds, displays, and samples. You will coordinate purchasing priorities with leadership while managing materials for flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, mouldings, and related products. The work connects supplier performance with branch execution.
Key Responsibilities: Negotiate supplier pricing, terms, rebates, and return provisions
Monitor rebate thresholds and reconcile earned supplier returns
Secure co-op funding and submit reimbursement claims
Maintain branch inventories of displays and samples
Assign, review,



and verify showroom and stock wall updates
Requirements: Purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience
Building materials, flooring, construction, retail, or distribution experience advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and inventory systems experience
Robust negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between branches
Use supplier negotiation, rebate management, and branch oversight skills to support Ritchie’s Flooring purchasing operations and programs.
