Key Responsibilities: Coach sales teams using StoreForce dashboard results
Lead product demonstrations and customer consultations
Educate customers on Lush ethical brand values
Manage cash handling, opening, closing, and deposits
Maintain store presentation, inventory, and compliance standards
Requirements: Minimum one year customer service and sales experience
Cash handling and opening or closing experience
Supervisory experience with coaching and training
Problem-solving experience in customer service operations
Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
