This position supports rental and sales activity for the world’s largest equipment rental provider. You will serve walk-in and call-in customers while processing quotations, reservations, contracts, and account development. The work also includes pricing equipment rentals and contractor supplies, coordinating deliveries, and communicating business leads.
Key Responsibilities: Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts
Establish rental and sales accounts with customers
Negotiate prices according to pricing policies
Dispatch delivery trucks and manage expectations




Generate and communicate leads to Outside Sales Representatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
Strong multitasking ability in a quick-paced environment
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Build rental accounts and customer relationships through inside sales, pricing, dispatch coordination, and lead generation at United Rentals.
