At Sienna Senior Living, this critical community role supports residents through nursing care, personal care, and individualized plans. You will work within LPN scope, follow physician orders and established policies, and communicate changes with Registered Nurses. The schedule is permanent, full-time nights.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing and personal care within LPN scope
Safeguard drugs and narcotics while following shift protocols
Support privacy, dignity, autonomy, and independence
Report resident status changes promptly to Registered Nurses
Document assessments and interventions in individualized care plans
Requirements: Diploma in Practical Nursing
Current College of Nurses BC LPN registration
Annual RAI MDS certification completion
Current First Aid with CPR
Required Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Records Check
