STRIVE’s client seeks a Shop Heavy Duty Mechanic for a non-unionized workplace. The work includes repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting for cranes, lifts, hydraulic systems, engines, and mobile equipment. Experience with OEM specifications, CMMS, and technical manuals supports the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintain equipment according to OEM specifications
- Diagnose mechanical problems using observation and precision instruments
- Replace defective parts and verify proper equipment operation




- Troubleshoot production breakdowns and complete routine maintenance
- Execute planned maintenance, appraisals, and safety inspections

Requirements:

- Red Seal certification in Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Three or more years of heavy-duty mechanic experience
- Experience repairing cranes, lifts, and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Own tools and ability to work fully on-site
