Protect guests, employees, and casino property in Blackfoot as a part-time Security Guard focused on vigilance and customer service.

This Security Guard role reports to the Security Supervisor and SecurityManager within the Security department. You will maintain a safe, secure, welcoming workplace while assisting patrons, responding to incidents, and documenting irregular activities. Strong communication and English skills are central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote positive customer service throughout the casino
- Monitor patron and staff safety throughout casino areas
- Respond to inquiries, incidents, and medical emergencies
- Document irregular or illegal activities in reports
- Implement emergency protocols, including evacuations

Requirements:

- One to three years of security experience preferred
- One to three years of customer service experience required
- Valid AGLC Gaming Registration and clear Criminal Record Check
- Standard First Aid Level C with AED
- Proficient English and strong interpersonal communication skills
