As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, from food preparation to menu development, ensuring that our standards for quality and safety are consistently met.

Duties
Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work setting.
Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and teamwork.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.




Assist in the development of special events or catering menus as required.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is essential.
Proven leadership skills with experience in team management within a kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Pay: $15.80-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
