This role will include:
working outside on a team
solving problems and being solution-oriented
cleaning windows, climbing ladders, painting and staining decks, pressure washing

People who do well in this role do not like to complain and clock in/out just to collect a paycheque.

Qualifications
Labour/ maintenance experience
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Basic maintenance/service skills
Construction background helpful, but not required
