Job Summary:
As a Window Cleaning Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and professionalism. You'll be responsible for cleaning windows, screens, and sills using ladders, water-fed poles, and traditional tools, while providing friendly, courteous service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial properties
Wash screens, frames, and glass railings when needed
Assist with gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and other services as required
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Operate company equipment and maintain a clean, organized work vehicle
Uphold a positive,
skilled image of the company at all times
Qualifications:
No experience necessarytraining provided!
Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
