Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our salon. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to assist clients in their salon experience is essential. Must know Punjabi or Hindi as well.

Duties
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently.
Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information about services and products.
Conduct product demonstrations as needed, showcasing our offerings to clients.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all client records are up-to-date.
Assist with retail sales by effectively communicating product perks and features to clients.
Support salon staff by coordinating schedules and managing client flow during busy periods.




Address client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.

Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with technical sales or retail sales is a plus, particularly in the beauty or wellness industry.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an asset.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment is essential.
