This senior, executive-level manager will own recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, employee relations, and Ontario employment practices. Key Responsibilities: Build pipelines for freight brokers and revenue-generating professionals
Own sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
Develop scalable recruitment processes and hiring scorecards
Manage performance, retention, employee relations, and HR processes




Partner directly with the CEO on People decisions
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive Talent Acquisition or HR experience
Hands-on Ontario employment law and employment practices experience
Proven success recruiting commission-based or quota-carrying sales professionals
Experience scaling recruitment, People, or HR processes
Legal authorization to work in Canada required
