Key Responsibilities: Acknowledge customers approaching the Pharmacy
Provide prescription and product counselling
Practice professional services within expanded scope
Review workflow queues and will-call bins daily
Monitor stock, expired inventory, and wholesaler orders
Requirements: Commitment to exceptional customer service
Robust professionalism and customer relations skills
Knowledge of Pharmacy systems is an asset
Follow Health and Safety procedures
Maintain customer confidentiality and consent requirements
