Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for the property management sector. You will support a multi-residential community through preventative upkeep, emergency maintenance, resident service, and operational inspections. The work includes HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, sprinklers, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Complete scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance tasks
Respond to resident requests and minor repair requirements
Inspect systems and record readings and maintenance activities
Maintain common areas, amenities, facilities, and exterior grounds




Escort contractors and vendors while monitoring assigned work
Requirements: Previous residential, property management, or building operations experience
Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, pumps, generators, and sprinklers
Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety and WHMIS practices
Skilled communication with residents, contractors, and team members
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
