Lead TECH merchandising standards at London Drugs, combining product knowledge with compelling presentation and customer-focused selling. This is a regular part time position.
The Manager - TECH Merchandising Standards develops sales across Photo Electronics, Computer, TECH Services, and Audio Video Systems. You will guide merchandising strategy, support financial objectives, and maintain effective daily operations. The position includes leadership, coaching, inventory control, and sales accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop merchandising strategies for all assigned TECH departments
Maintain presentation, signing, planograms, and department standards
Order inventory and control stock levels responsibly
Set sales goals and monitor team productivity




Coordinate meetings and promotional support across the store
Requirements: Strong knowledge of TECH merchandising and operational support systems
Understanding of desktop PCs and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Photo Electronics, photofinishing, AVS, and Computer categories
Ability to complete required management and technical training
Availability for flexible Monday through Sunday scheduling
Bring TECH expertise, merchandising leadership, inventory control, and effective selling techniques to London Drugs customers and teams.
