This Registered Practical Nurse position supports residents within a Sienna Senior Living community. Daily work includes medications, assessments, care plans, and wellness education. The role also involves documenting concerns and guiding unregulated care workers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
Document and follow up on client and family concerns
Promote self-care, wellness, and preventative health education
Complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans within required timeframes
Guide, train, and educate unregulated care workers




Requirements: Current Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least one year of geriatric nursing, healthcare, or rehabilitation experience
Successful completion of the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check
Meet applicable provincial police check and tuberculosis screening requirements
Post-graduate geriatrics or nursing administration studies are an asset
