This workforce-entry internship supports Compass’s Digital Strategy within child, youth, family, mental health, developmental, and community services. You will contribute to information systems implementation, policy development, training materials, project communications, and change management. The work includes researching technology use, including artificial intelligence, and supporting Family Navigation Project-related organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of key Digital Strategy elements
Develop policies, procedures, and training materials
Research technology best practices and recommendations




Support corporate information systems implementation
Monitor Digital Strategy outcomes and project progress
Requirements: Recent graduate or near-completion student in a relevant field
Post-secondary diploma, undergraduate degree, or graduate certificate
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools
Strong confidentiality, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with teams, vendors, and consultants
Build experience in digital transformation, information systems, training development, and change management with Compass in Sudbury.
