Monitor renewable energy assets with Recurrent Energy as a Control Room Operator using SCADA, EMS, and real-time decision-making. Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
This permanent, full-time Operations & Maintenance position oversees photovoltaic and battery energy storage facilities across global regions. You will coordinate switching, dispatch, compliance, and event response while supporting grid reliability. The work requires communication with grid operators, field technicians, plant managers, and Scheduling Coordinators across time zones.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and control PV and BESS facilities through SCADA and EMS
Execute switching orders, dispatch instructions, and plant commands
Respond to curtailments, outages, derates, and operational events




Coordinate international teams during maintenance, outages, and emergencies
Maintain event logs, reports, documentation, and evidence trails
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience in a customer or supplier service setting
Strong situational awareness and pressured decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends
Apply control room monitoring, SCADA, EMS, and compliance skills supporting reliable PV and BESS operations worldwide.
