The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality in every dish. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.



Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and seasonal specials. Previous experience as a Line cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including pizza-making techniques and ingredients. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
