STORD in Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Associate (CEA I) to deliver timely, accurate support across multiple channels and to manage standard client inquiries. This role sits onsite Monday through Friday 8:30am
- 5:30pm and focuses on process adherence, case management in Salesforce, and collaboration with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2 years in customer support, experience in rapid-paced environments, and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools. #
