Our capacity includes PCB assembly, CNC part making, finishing and complex product assembly; with these tools we manufacture live performance audio systems found in stadiums around the world. We are increasing our footprint to 130,000 sq ft to enable greater automation, increased product range, and a significant increase in manufacturing volume. Working setting, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency form the core of our mission. These goals can only be achieved by deploying the most advanced workflow concepts combined with strategic integration of ERP scheduling and Manufacturing Execution Systems. With this focus full shop floor integration can become a reality. The day-to-day duties generally focus on continuous improvement, machinery management, and data tracking: Streamlining workflows and programming to cut down production cycle times.
