Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Commissioner of National Esports Tournament (NEST)— a multi-division company building Canada's leading esports infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring the Commissioner can operate at peak efficiency across multiple divisions, strategic initiatives, and high-level meetings.

This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain direct exposure to executive-level operations in entertainment, esports, business development, and government relations. You'll be trusted with sensitive information, quick-moving tasks, and will need to thrive in a structured, high-performance setting.

This role is open to Entry- Level Candidates

? Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Commissioner's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and deadlines
Prepare briefings, documents, and follow-ups for high-level meetings
Track to-dos, reminders, and provide regular status updates
Handle email triage and ensure communication follow-up is prioritized




Support project tracking and ensure deadlines are visible and met
Occasionally assist with personal tasks and coordination requests
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

Who We're Looking For:
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communicator (both written and verbal)
Comfortable with fast-paced, structured settings
Eager to learn and take on more responsibility over time
Proactive mindset — doesn't wait to be told what to do
Tech-literate (Google Workspace, Discord, or similar)
Interest in esports, entertainment, startups, or executive operations is a plus
