As a Logistics Coordinator with ATCO Structures, you will manage regional lease fleet activities and product movements to and from sites. The role combines vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, service-call documentation, and client communication. You will also support transportation planning, CRM data entry, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, routes, and timelines for rental deliveries
Maintain fleet availability lists and utilization reports
Coordinate equipment repairs, renovations, upgrades, and field service
Issue Bills of Lading and maintain transportation logs




Resolve logistics challenges and transportation inquiries
Requirements: Two to four years in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
Bilingual communication ability in English and French
Solid organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility under pressure and changing priorities
Support ATCO Structures rental operations through fleet coordination, vendor management, inventory tracking, and responsive client service.
