As a Retail Associate, you will create memorable optical shopping experiences while guiding customers through frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Specsavers provides full training, including pre-screening procedures, so previous optical experience is not essential. The schedule offers 20 hours weekly, eventually leading to full time.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and create a friendly store workplace
Recommend eyecare solutions based on customer needs
Guide frame selections for lenses and personal style
Perform retinal imaging and other pre-screening tests
Process eyewear orders and schedule follow-up appointments
Requirements: Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Passion for exceptional customer service
Friendly, outgoing, and confident communication style
Enthusiasm for learning frames, lenses, and pre-testing
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
