Mosaic seeks a results-oriented Sales and Merchandising Representative to build a career through hands-on grocery and mass retail experience. You will drive sales, merchandise consumer brands, and support promotions while developing retailer relationships. Sales experience is helpful, but the right candidate can be trained.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through direct selling, upselling, and securing orders
Merchandise Campbell's, B&G;, and Coke products to standards
Build displays and negotiate retailer support for promotions
Support distribution, planogram compliance, and promotional activities




Complete store coverage, reporting, and administrative tasks
Requirements: Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organization and independence with limited supervision
Comfort using technology, Microsoft Office, and Excel
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to travel and lift up to 30 pounds
Apply sales, merchandising, negotiation, and territory management skills while representing recognized consumer brands in retail stores.
