Key Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound freight against daily priorities
Maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and carriers
Analyze lane data, performance, and transportation costs
Negotiate rates with customers and third-party carriers




Track shipments and resolve service or documentation discrepancies
Requirements: Three or more years in trucking or dispatch
Education in Supply Chain Management or Business
Dedicated customer service experience in a similar environment
Knowledge of transportation and North American geography
