Support CAA Members with travel planning, insurance information, and product transactions while delivering knowledgeable customer service in the store.
As a Member Services Counsellor, you will process inquiries about memberships, perks, travel routings, reservations, and CAA services. The position provides hands-on insurance experience and requires achieving FOI and IWS licensing. You will use maps, CAA partner websites, Microsoft Office, and SAP while following established procedures for transactions, records, and service resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Process membership, travel, reservation, and insurance inquiries
Counsel Members on routes, destinations, roads, tolls, and mileage
Identify and sell relevant CAA products and services




Verify information and complete SAP data entries
Resolve product and service problems through investigation
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Insurance or Travel preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Knowledge of maps, geography, destinations, and reference materials
One to two years of similar or related experience
Availability Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bring customer service, travel knowledge, and insurance focus to CAA Club Group Member support and transactions.
