Key Responsibilities: Maintain clean, secure, positive prepared classroom environments
Create developmentally appropriate Lower Elementary Montessori lesson plans
Produce formative and summative student assessments independently
Foster family relationships through regular communication and interviews
Support school events, outings, and student supervision
Requirements: Lower Elementary Montessori Diploma, B.Ed, B.A, or related M.A
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
Current Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check
Eligibility to work in Canada
Willingness to obtain Montessori credentials if required
Bring Montessori lesson planning, observation, and family communication skills to support students at Hamilton Montessori School.
