Shape positive early learning experiences as an Early Years Practitioner, combining childcare expertise, observation, and play-based education.
Working in Beaconsfield, you will support young children's growth within an outstanding nursery setting. The position requires Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Deliver educational activities that promote play-based learning
Follow and implement the EYFS framework
Monitor children's progress through observation and assessment
Collaborate with colleagues supporting learning and development
Contribute ideas improving children's nursery experiences
Requirements: Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
Experience within a nursery or early years setting
