As a Financial Service Representative, you will support recent and existing customers throughout the loan process. You will explain financial products, identify suitable opportunities, manage calls, and assist with past-due accounts. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring support skill development.
Key Responsibilities: Guide customers through loan processes with professional support
Educate customers about financial products and services
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through consultations
Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
Collaborate on past-due accounts and resolution options
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required
Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve customer challenges creatively
Willingness to learn systems and processes
Build customer relationships through loans, sales, financial services, and delinquency support as a LendDirect representative in Oshawa.
